Prior to scheduling your foundation session, each client will receive a complementary introductory phone call to ensure health and wellness coaching with Raydiant Wellness is right for you.
6 Session Package
A 60 minute Foundation Session, along with 5 subsequent sessions scheduled at a frequency that works with your schedule and goals. It is helpful to have the first 2-3 sessions within the first month.
12 Session Package
A 60 minute Foundation Session, along with 11 subsequent sessions scheduled at a frequency that works with your schedule and goals. It is helpful to have the first 2-3 sessions within the first month.
