Reading Food Labels
Reading a food label is a necessary skill to obtain when working to optimize your health. Aim for food with at least 3 grams of fiber per serving, low in added sugar, and low in saturated fat.
Cravings- we all experience them and they can be difficult to overcome. In some cases, they can be improved by addressing hormonal imbalances and insulin/glucose regulation. However, sometimes they are simply a habit, in which case mindfulness can benefit.
