If you are looking to learn more but don't have time to sit and read a book, podcasts are a great option.  I wanted to share some of my favorites with you.  These podcasts tend to align with my philosophy on health and usually provide credible information from experts in their fields.  With that being said, I do not always agree 100% with the host on all topics.  If you have a question, please reach out to me and I'd be happy to discuss further.
