The Eat More, Weigh Less method is based on eating the majority of your calories from low calorie density food. Check out this graph for more details on the calorie density of different food groups.
These tweaks are from Dr. Gregor's book How Not to Diet. They are all evidence based; however, they will not make up for unhealthy food choices and will likely only add an additional 1-3 pounds of weight loss per month.
